Lentri processes personal data so letting agencies can run tenant onboarding: staff accounts, applicant details you enter, and documents uploaded through the tenant portal. Your organisation decides what to collect; we provide the tools to store and access that information under strict access controls.

Multi-tenant isolation

Data in Lentri is separated by organisation. Staff users only see applicants and files belonging to their agency, enforced by the application and database policies.

Applicants

Applicants access uploads via time-limited token links. They do not sign in to Lentri. Encourage applicants to use official channels only and to treat upload links as confidential.
