Lentri is provided to letting agencies and their authorised staff for tenant onboarding. By using the service on behalf of your organisation, you agree to use it lawfully, to keep credentials secure, and to ensure applicants are only asked for information you are entitled to process.

Accounts

Staff accounts are for people at your agency. You are responsible for inviting and removing users appropriately and for activity carried out under those accounts.

Applicant portal

Token links should be treated as confidential. Do not share them in public channels. Misuse of the service to collect data without a proper basis may result in suspension.

Service

We aim to keep Lentri reliable and secure. Features may change as the product evolves. A formal subscription or contract with your organisation, where applicable, takes precedence over this summary.
